SERVICES DISCUSSED: ELEVATIONS, SITE PLANS & RENDERINGS
We rarely receive elevation requests so we only have a couple of home examples to show you, but we can certainly do elevations for commercial, condos, hospitality, government institutions, etc.
We can also add any labels, remarks, color, or highlights, as I know you use them to show what you will be replacing/renovating.
These will average starting at $200 and we would need architectural plans to create them. Sometimes clients will have the CAD file for them already. If that is the case then we can knock that down to starting at $100.
SITE PLANS
These can be done in 3D photorealistic, 2D, or in watercolor. We can add or exclude any labels, amenities, etc. that you need to help your project succeed.
As with all of our projects, pricing is personalized to the project so it is difficult to quote these. Our average for a 2d site plan would be $500-$850 for small to medium sized projects.

DRONE INTEGRATED RENDERINGS
Drone integrated renderings are an excellent tool when needing to show how the property integrates within its surroundings. Our FAA certified pilot will visit the site and take drone images of the area. From there he will model and render your project within the images, perfectly integrating into the surroundings. These are ideal for water properties or when there are multiple other buildings around your project, and are usually used for insurance purposes, approvals, marketing pieces, etc.
Our average for a drone rendering with a location from Orlando to Miami would be $1200-$1700 from a small home/business to medium to large sized condo community for example. Any location out of these areas may be subject to a travel fee.
