MIAMI GRAND PLAZA ARCHITECTURAL VISUALIZATION

This architectural visualization features a future sustainable, community focused, and technology driven mixed-use development in Coconut Grove, Miami, FL. This visualization is a drone integrated animation showcasing the planned development’s hotel, offices, affordable rental apartments, retail shops, passenger drone service (yes, passenger drone service–one of the first in the area!!!), a green space plaza, and an enhanced modern farmer’s market that includes shipping container vendor spaces and an entertainment space, both set within a grove of trees.

The animation was created using real drone footage of the area, integrated with our CGI models of the development. Using drone footage allows for complete accuracy and realism that will show the viewer what the project will look like at the exact location planned.
