This kitchen renovation rendering was requested for marketing purposes for our real estate client to show potential updates to a listed home. Being that it is a riverfront home, our client requested more of a coastal elegance to lighten up the place from its original dark stone detailing. Changes included, but were not limited to: flooring, removal of the hood, cabinet style, color, counter tops, and waterfall island changes.
